I come in here almost weekly and let me tell you, the atmosphere of this place is so electrifying and welcoming. Just being greeted with a simple hello, how are you! From the staff fills me with joy. The happiness on my nieces and nephews faces when I mention Trugurt is what makes me the happiest. They will always remember the little frozen yogurt shop they went to with me, and that’s so special to my heart. Thank you Trugurt for all the new flavors and experiences you have given to me and my family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to relax and eat some delicious cream!! Wow….. where do i start? The atmosphere is amazing here and the workers are so very nice. Jenna recommended the “yellow cake batter” and boy oh boy was it amazing. She made me feel at home as my grandmother would take me out as a kid to get this flavor. I appreciate the hard work this young woman made to make me feel like a kid again. I’ll be coming back here for years as long as she is there.

Best sweet treats in town. Service is truly outstanding at every visit. Such a clean and professional enviornment. Makes me remember why I started eating frozen yogurt in the first place. I’ll definitely be bringing the kids back again soon.

Never went here before but was a little nervous about going given the bad reviews. I actually enjoyed my experience and thought the Nutella flavor tasted good.nice and quiet atmosphere.I gotta say though about their washroom their scentsy was way too strong and choked me. Now I’m not sure if it’s because of pregnancy heightened smell or it was just way too strong, other wise clean.Thank you

It was a pretty good first time going here, and I gotta say as I'm not a huge fan of frozen yogurt that this place is awesome. the yogurt was great, hands down the best flavor was the banana and peanut butter mix. I would absolutely come back here and will be telling people about this place. ????

Stopped by for a quick afternoon treat. Restroom facilities were clean to wash our hands. Only one cup size for the froyo and when you have little people, a smaller cup preferred. Not a lot of flavor variety. I personally chose pistachio and it was disappointing. I didn’t get the slightest hint of pistachio. We stayed to enjoy our froyo. Bench seating and a small counter with four stools allowing you to peer out into the shopping plaza.

They're supposed to be open until 9pm but I arrived at 8:52pm to a locked door and a worker was inside behind the check out counter just staring at me outside while counting her drawer. I took a picture of the front door and the time I took it is below. That's bad for business if your workers are closing the doors early. I was celebrating a birthday this night and it was disappointing experience when we arrived.

Im a regular at this location. As I was looking around at all of new flavors a customer was being extremely rude to the staff (a young lady) at the time. I gotta say the staff handled her tantrum extremely well, definitely more professional than most people in her position would have. Honestly might come more often just because of how professional and nice the crew that works here is, gotta say the white chocolate mousse is AMAZING!!!

Absolutely terrible place! Walked into this place with my 7 year old and 6 year old. My 7 year old mistakenly put too much ice cream in her cup while I was trying to assist my 6 year old in putting ice cream in his. The store manager yelled across the entire store that she has to document the ice cream that is being tossed away and to assist both children in a completely arrogant and rude demeanor. When I asked for the owners contact information she would not give it to me.Extremely unprofessional, rude, and will never ever be back. Don’t take your children hereI need someone from Corpeeate or the owner to call me to discuss further. I have never been treated so rudely. And I want to address this further.I will make sure to let all family, friends know never to come to this place because the store manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful!

Terrible expierence tonight. The place was iffy as we walked in three young ladies working. A worker was cleaning the floor dropped a full bucket of water on the floor almost spilling it all over us no sorry nothing. We had to make sure we didn’t fall on the floor. She was really rude and had a bad attitude. First red flag to leave it wasn’t even closing to do this. Should have walked out right then and there. She proceeds to clean the floor and tell us to move no sorry no excuse me completely rude attitude If you hate your job quit. We proceeded to checkout even worse she was dropping the trays on the dirty floor that catch the yogurt. I will never return to this location the garbage cans are overflowing outside it looks trashy and uninviting. It lacked customer service and cleanliness. Id not recommend this location. I wanted to tell a manager but it was young college kids working and I’m sure the manager was the one who spilled the water everywhere. Terrible it was a trashy experience needless to say spending almost ten dollars a person for a family of five. What a rip off and waste of money.
