Don’t consider this place expensive and my bagels are always good and orders are made correctly. I agree about the employees, they sound indifferent and kind of impatient when taking orders, and also must repeat several times when ordering at the drive through, but it doesn’t bother me, as I guess I understand it’s not their dream job and whatever.So I will come back for my favorite bagels.And yes, I hate panera. I find it ridiculous that I can't find a way to add my gift cards to my Einstein account balance. No other food accounts have this problem.. who do you pay to manage/program your online member software... and maybe look elsewhere?
