“When ordering delivery, we decided to try Sukai Thai Cuisine. We'd never trie them before, so wanted to se if they could be one to add to our growing list.We ordered Drunken Chicken Noodles and Curry Fried Rice using GrubHub.A few comments about the food and then about delivery. The Curry Fried Rice was excellent. We're fried rice fans, but had not tried this version before. The texture of the rice was great. It had a slight crisp to it; the chicken was cooked perfectly; and the food was hot. The Drunken Noodles were also good. Since I get this dish a lot, I found it good, actually very good. I'm happier with the preparation at other restaurants but don't want to knock this one. Now, one comment about delivery. I'm growing more and more unhappy with both GrubHub and DoorDash. My feelings about both are the same. While they offer a good service model, practically, the food generally arrive Luke warm and even cold. That was the case here. The convenience of using a food delivery app is nice. They add a lot of fees to their service; I understand they don't pay the restaurants their fair share, and with a few exceptions, their issues are blamed on the restaurant. With COVID on the rise again, dining is is beginning to be concerning, again. These are the times where the service is the only option, and may help keep restaurants in business. My point is, they are a necessary evil. I wish they understood service the way their clients do.“
“Asked for it extra extra spicy and they delivered! Very authentic and so much flavor packed into one bowl. I can't speak on the ambiance or the service but if you want an EXTREMELY tasty meal then go here and honestly who gives a shit about the rest. If the food is good go there, they aren't expensive by any means and the portion sizes are very good. Also got the egg rolls and my 6 year old, who is the pickiest eater ever, mowed down 3 of them in no time. I definitely would say this is one of the best Thai places around and I will definitely be ordering from here again!!“
“What an amazing experience! Thai Siri Restaurant gets a perfect 5/5 for both food, service, and friendliness. Even coming from California with its vibrant Thai food scene, this place stands out. They go above and beyond, providing dried chili flakes, chili oil, and chili sauce for takeout when I asked. And here's a thoughtful touch: they serve the papaya's peanuts on the side, preserving their crunchiness and accommodating those with peanut allergies or preferences. Kudos to Thai Siri Restaurant!“
“My fav thai spot in the area! It’s no frills, delicious and authentic. Lunch special are great too! Love the iced coffee, lad na, basil eggplant with ground pork, catfish pad phet, and so much more. Yum!Kid-friendliness: Custom made a small chicken noodle soup for my guy.“
“We came here once before. This visit was during lunch. We didn’t know they had a lunch special starting at $9.95 depending on the protein you select. This is one of the most delicious Thai food restaurants I visited and I had visited many. We ordered the pekimao with beef and the of Thai with chicken. Everything was done very nicely with flavor and not over cooked. The drunken noodle was a little spicy but within my tolerance. They also add small appetizers such as egg rolls and fried tofu which makes the meal even more worth paying. Everything was great. I wish they would update their floors but other than that it was great!“
“Reasonably priced. Easy location to park. Pad Thai, mini egg rolls, and spring rolls. Not a fan of peanut butter cooked in rolls. Nice on phone but overly cautious- kept asking if I knew where I called/location. GPS is an amazing technology- try it! Expected lunch but charged for dinner.“
“This is real Thai food, prepared and served by a team of sisters. The veggies in your entree may have come out of their garden. This is real food made with care and a focus on quality. The menu is varied, the atmosphere is comfortable, the pricing is very reasonable. Entree sizes are average, definitely fair for the cost. Alcohol (beer/wine) is available. Dine-in or takeout, either way, it's going to be good.Vegetarian options: If you don't see what you want, ask and they will make it for you.Dietary restrictions: They are happy to cook to order, just ask!Parking: Street parking immediately if front of restaurant. Free parking garage 1.5 blocks South .Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA compliant layout.“
“Great family-owned restaurant. Our favorite place for Thai food. Ning, the owner, prepares a variety of classic Thai dishes and offers new takes on classic flavors. Try the Happy Wraps, Ning's Wings, any Curry, Peanut Chicken Rama Noodles and don't forget Mangoes and Sticky Rice.“
“A few years ago I didn’t know about this place but my sister recommended it. Now my family and I order pick up 1 or 2 times each month. The owners and staff are always super nice and the food is fantastic. I recommend supporting this local Des Plaines business. It’s two doors down from the new Giuseppe‘s location for reference“
“Holy Mary mother of Jesus. This place is soooooo good. I have been searching for an amazing thai food restaurant away from the city. This place is amazing. Pad See Ew crispy egg rolls, and chicken satay are my regular dishes. I could eat this place 3 times a week no problem.“
“Just finished my meal. Really enjoyed the chicken satay; flavorful and tender. I ordered chicken pad Thai "medium" spice and it was the perfect spice level (not overly spicy). My only complaint is the fishy taste of the pad Thai. Maybe they had a shrimp pad Thai in the pan before me? No seafood in my order so it threw me off a bit. Will likely give the pad Thai one more shot and see if it was a fluke.“
“Fuji Thai is the best restaurant in the area! I worked here for 4 years when I was younger and Ive been back as a customer every time I’m in town for the past 5 years. I can say from first hand experience, everything is clean and sanitary. The staff was always great to work with. For a first job, I couldn’t have asked for more. And Mona and her family (owners) are amazing! The food is incredible. Almost everything on the menu is made fresh and from scratch. Favorites: Tom kha soup Panang curry Double shrimp lover“
“We had the chicken Tom Yum soup. It was pretty tasty. I've only enjoyed 2 places and this is one of them. The other was Thai Room but they're closed now. I had the basil fried rice. It was ok. I'd try something else next time. The fried icecream is pretty good“
“I've seen enough restaurant reviews to suspect most reviewers have poor taste. The food here beats other area Thai food restaurants by far. We ordered Balloon Chicken, Thom Ka, Cashew Chicken, BBQ pork fried rice, and Crab Rangoon. Every dish was amazing with very fresh vegetables and not over cooked. The Balloon chicken was exceptionally crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The crispiness was maintained even the next day in leftovers. If you like fresh ingredients prepared deliciously, this is the place. So glad to have a go to Thai food place now.“
“We had an amazing experience trying authentic Thai food at Jaded Thai. The dishes tasted delicious and we quickly finished everything, leaving our plates clean. We ordered Pad Thai Chicken and Panang Curry, both of which were top-notch. We were really impressed and satisfied with the quality of the food. We highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks, Jaded Thai, for a wonderful meal!“
“LOVE LOVE LOVE all their dishes!! Always enjoyEd their satays, roti canai and yam pot. Great place to bring friends and family to savor delicious food. Serving time may be a bit slow but their offerings are worth waiting and worth the drive. They even have Thai entrees and tiramisu desserts.“
“I’m always excited about their stir fry bar! I’ve been here a couple of times. Pre covid this place was amazing and one of my favorite spots. When they reopened after Covid, it was meh. There was no stir fry bar and the food was subpar.I’m glad I visited again, and they are absolutely back in their game and were delivering delicious food! Stirfry bar is back and the food was divine. I tried green curry and yellow curry as sauces with thick flat noodles with Shrimp and it was amazing! Would recommend trying green curry and Penang if you like Spicy.Place was packed on Saturday night, reserve ahead if you can.“
“Green curry was good and they weren’t skimpy with the ingredients but I took a star off because I asked how spicy it was and the waitress checked with the chef who said mild and it definitely is not mild. I had a canker sore and that wasn’t a good night for my canker sore.“
“I was so excited to take my son here. This has been my fav restaurant since the late 90s!The best Thai restaurant in Chicagoland. They have lots of meat free options. My personal favs are their spicy tofu & the spicy tom yum soup. It is SOOO DELICIOUS!!“
“I was in the area and wanted to try something oriental dish. So i tried this place. Nice food and delicious. They have plenty of options in their menu. The place look like its kinda old. The service is also great. Its fast. The dumplings was heated in the microwave. Because the inside was cold while the outside was hot.“
“The restaurant is amazing. The decor is very clean and tables are cleaned extremely well between clients. Paper coverings are replaced over the entire table. The food quality is unchanged from four months ago. The bathroom on the other hand. Oh do I regret visiting that bathroom. Dirty unflushed toilet and urinal and overflowing trash can. I told a staff member. If it's cleaned by the end of the visit I'll go back to full 5 rating.“
“Not a bad spot.Combo rice at 4 was great. Anything higher and you prob wouldn't be able to eat it.Crying Tiger was a good meal also, good char on the steak. The wings for the appetizer was a miss, it was way to dry and no flavor. But other people at the table had it and there's was much better.Place is very quiet, only issue, we were seated near the back and the noise from the kitchen broke the peaceful vibe the restaurant offers.Really digging the artwork and the theme.Family friendly, yes, but know there is not much of a kids menu. So keep that in mind.“
“We've been a few times...today the service was slow and my lunch Mongolian Beef had almost 0 pieces of beef. Otherwise, food is of good quality...but after a couple visits it seems like something is sort of off.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.“
“I enjoyed Siri Thai Two with family tonight. We ordered many dishes and shared it amongst everyone family style. Not one subpar dish on the table, and everything we had was delicious. The spice level was consistent with all the dishes and it was at a perfect heat level. For those that like the heat, they ask you ahead of time how hot you like it. I highly recommend this if you're looking for excellent Thai food.“
