Outriggers Steak & Seafood

Service was horrible and slow.. band was the bomb and atmosphere decent.. but the food took so long one of the guests had to leave, the owners said the money for dinners would come out of waitress check, that's bogus it was not her fault, owners were rude and abrasive.. don't even speak English.. go figure !!we argued for a hour but they insisted on blaming her !! I smelled discrimination!!!

This place is in the location of the former Dixie Kitchen on Torrence Ave., North of the I-80/94. We arrived just after 5pm, when the place was sparsely populated. Outrigger Steak & Seafood has great ratings from my family's past visits. This was my first time here, so I reserved judgement. The decor in the place is eclectic. Visited this establishment twice and it was decent both time I don’t mind slow service as long as the service good and my food u can’t split the bill which I’m always kool with waitresses are nice and the food good it tasted a lil different from the first time so u not it definitely be different cooks only thing I really don’t like is that the complementary bread kinda hard
