I just received the rudest service here. I ordered online, and they didn't heat my grilled chicken sub. I wasn't upset, at first. I just asked if we could come back and have it remade, but they refused. She just kept repeating to me that if I wanted my sub heated, I should've asked. Any time I've ever gotten grilled chicken, they've always heated it when I asked them to not toast it. Literally $20 down the drain. And I tipped them!

HELLLLLLLL NAWWWWWW. Ain't no way paxton subway did me this dirty bruh. The young lady who prepared my meal was extremely rude. Legit crumbled my pickles and tossed them in between the buns. Sandwich also very loose, used and abused. Still ate it but do better fr. Wocky sub ong.

Best subway experience Iv had in a LONG time. Was there 8/18/23 at 130 in the afternoon. The Lady who served me deserves a raise! Promote her to manager! She did it all By The Book! Even remembered to ask if I wanted parm on the sub. I even got 2 napkins in my to go bag!!! Sub ways are always stingy with napkins. Not this one! Great Job. I'll be back.

Madison has a horrible attitude and is very rude and spit in my sandwich and put way to much sugar in the tea and called me a f word.Hannah is the nicest girl ever she makes great sandwiches and is super freindly
While the food was good, I watched as an employee at Subway in Walmart in Urbana, IL not wash his hands between orders and also drop veggies on the floor and return it to the bin. I can no longer, nor have I ordered there since 2011. I can't and won't ever be a customer there again.

Stopped for lunch the other day ans Madisyn...I think was name on her hat...red head was great. Was ahead of the game on everything and actually spoke clearly and was concerned the things were clean and taken care of. There was a brunette working with her...Courtney may have been her name...she was great too. Normally when we go to the Paxton Subway the service is...ehh...but not on Saturday at 11:00. Have those girls train the rest of thr employees!
