Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and a lemonade. Only received one chicken sandwich which is why it only receives a 4 star. The sandwich was exceptionally flavorful with a prefect balance of spice. The waffle fries were nothing to rave about but didn't fall short of top tier. The sweet and sour flavor of the lemonade complimented the meal very well. The service was very expeditious but they failed to execute their signature "my pleasure".
Edited: So I went here during a lunch rush and the food was a lot better than when I went during off hours. The food is tasty, but sometimes their fries are smaller than they appear because a large waffle fry is tilted or stuck in the container and blocks other fries from getting in.
