Seriously, the Double Steakburger with Cheese and Fries for just $4.99? Best deal around. And the shakes... Nutella is amazing, and their seasonal specialty shakes are to die for... Oreo Pumpkin? Amazing. Red Velvet during Valentines is one I'm looking forward to when it comes back! One of the most underrated places around for a great meal at a great price.
The store smells like body over as soon as you walk in, ordered my food waited 15 minutes for a simple single cheeseburger and fries.... And it came out cold I ain't happy... Never again steak 'n shake never

This should not be in a category of fast food. The service is the slowest I have seen in a while. There were three self Kiosks, two of them did not work. So it took a while to order. And then we waited for about 30 minutes. The servers/employees did not even come out of kitchen so you don’t even know if your order is coming or not. It wasn’t as if it was crowded.
