Its off the Beaten Path, but, well worth it. Casa Fiesta Opens at, or near 11:00 am everyday except Sundays. You pull up to the window and Order. Your meal is made as you Order. Its Authentic, and Delicious. The Ingredient's are made Fresh Daily. They Close at 8:30 pm, unless they run out of the Items they Made for that Day. Its the Owner that takes your Order. This is a Great Drive Thu Service.You Drive up to the Window, Tell the Owner what you want, And its made right then and there. You cant get Authentic Mexican Food any Fresher. - BUT-. They only make a certain amount of Product each Day. -SO- when they are out of a Certain Item. You have to Pick something Else. That's how Fresh the Food is. Nothing is Leftover from the Day before. You can also Call in an Oder and Pick it up. The Food is Amazing !!!

Pleasant surprise! Literally. The Scottish egg is amazing I could eat like 20 of those! Took a steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes and gravy to go. Literally preheating the oven now. TBD but great little place in Pilsen!
