Ordered around 5:40 at 7 still no update on order. Call at 7:10 got put on hold by a very unpleasant woman. Was on hold for 10 minutes finally someone got back on phone and said they had just started doing deliveries again was the reason it was so long.( Not sure why that affected the order not even getting started cooking till around 7:12). Was told would be another 20 minutes. I understand busy but 2 hrs is too much.Food was good but not sure it was worth the wait.
Not only was my food amazing, but even the salad! Which I usually have low expectations with places like this but the greens were green and crisp. But more importantly, the staff member today was amazing. Working in the food industry isn’t easy and he’s handling it like a a champ. He was kind and made sure my order was perfect! Give this man a raise!
