My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today. We were pretty much ignored from the time we walked in. We were there a good 20 minutes before a waiter came to our table. We ordered drinks and our food, and it took forever to get our drinks, and appetizer. We never got our main dishes and other people that were seated after us, got their food. Unbelievable! All of the workers in this place looked at us and just walked off! We realized we weren't getting our food any time soon and got up, proceeded to the bar to pay for our drinks and appetizer. The bartender said we didn't have to pay for them as we had a bad experience. The rude couple that were seated behind us, got more recognition than we did! The waiter didn't even say his name or have a name tag, for that matter! We've been to this Applebee's before and not had a problem. All we wanted to do is have a nice lunch! We will not be going back! ?

Cyle was absolutely incredible! One of the friendliest wait staff I have ever met. So kind and personable. He made us feel welcome, unrushed, and at ease. Very funny as well!! Would LOVE to have him again :)

Food was amazing! Friendly staff just could tell they were a little under staffed. The only issue I had was the blinds in the window at our table were dirty but not recently dirty. They had been for a while. But overall I will keep coming back.

Food was excellent but we were completely forgotten about once it got closer to time for us to leave and another table was seated in our area. We had to ask for a box three times and each time we kept seeing our waiter behind the bar making drinks and then forget about us again as it was almost an extra 30mins before we were fully checked out. This was very frustrating to deal with as we realized the bartender was likely our waiter and people ordering drinks were taking immediate priority over our requests which didn't feel fair to us. We were ready to pay, we weren't rude or anything and all we had asked for was a box and payment. The food was great and the service up until that point was good.
Dined in on Wednesday and our server Cyle did an exceptional job. He gave us fast service and took care of all of our needs before we even had to ask. We will definitely be back!
Cyle made the best margarita. Perfect after a long day are work. French dip was delicious as well. His attentive service considering how busy they were, was top notch!

So the night crew isn't worth a dime, so don't waste your time. My lady and I have come here often during the evening shift of employees, and this time we we're singled out as well as treated like outcasts. Our food was eh. My order came out alright, but my lady's order was wrong twice. She was brought out the wrong drink, the wrong side dish and the side dish she ordered came out burnt. If you'd rather get a better experience, don't come here during evening shift for starters. That much I am certain of. I don't know what the morning or afternoon experience is compared to this evening experience, but like I mentioned don't come here at this Applebee's in the evening. I usually tip, but I didn't leave a single penny.

Wings were bricks of stone, didn't eat, and had to spit out the first one. They didn't replace it because it was part of a dinner meal??? I'm uh hmm uh um ok it's the appetizer that the waitress brought at same time the dinner was um on duh appetizers I thought meant before hand or before dinner lol so we ok let's eat them first spat it out checked our teeth and said miss??? These are hard as stone as we tapped them in the wood table lol then tried to cut one with a knife lol couldn't really didn't think it was horrible to ask for another round instead but bye m by then we was almost done with our dinner and was told we'll you ate your dinner?? We said yes dinner was wonderful omg the chicken was almost as good as mine in the grill but the nuggets we never ate they was cooked solid here they are we would like an order to go please as we would be asking for a box for the rest of our dinner we took home but again was well here take these they came with the dinner and wouldn't give a fresh set. So ok we paid bill we was not rude not loud didn't argue wasn't asking for our money or free dinner or even whatever OKs we had more than a hour drive and I've had enough junk anyways but will never go back to at least this location again while letting all know our such wonderful time there was a total bust from lack of service to lack of ability between management and each set of staff members.
