umm i feel weird reviewing the pretzel store inside meijer but I love ben's so i am doing it anyway. This place is great. Their pretzels are huge and fluffy and their fake cheddar cheese is great. I come here when i want to fill my heart with happiness. However - they are sometimes out of cheese, and sometimes, theyre even out of pretzels. Once I got the pretzel bites and it was a traumatic experience. The once on the top of the cup were hard and the bottom of the cup was soggy....read full review
1st time having Bens soft pretzels & they were amazing!! Also great guest service both in person & over the phone!!! Going back for more black berries &strawberries thats on sale -- but wll definitely get some more of these amazing pretzels! !! Also looking at Bens franchise info jujust for kicks!! Pretzel on!

This place is great. There menu has a lot of options. There pretzel fills you up but but a little expensive and the pretzel doesn't taste that good without any dipping sauce but that's my opinion.
