Not a pleasant experience at all with the location. Waited for over 15mins in the front area where customers were just spread out everywhere and there was no definitive line or instruction from the only host we could see on where to stand to get checked in. It wasn't until we overheard another group talking that the wait time wasn't for another 3hrs that we decided to just take our business elsewhere. I know it's nothing compared to the full house, but it was disappointing that BBW was my first choice this evening and I wasn't even able to actually dine in.

The employees are very nice overall .on The one scale from one threw ten is chicken wings & burgers are a solid (One) that's because the chicken wings were cooked completely Threw but not the way I ask them to cook them well done but not overly cooked But The wing's were not what I ordered . And I had to take them back for a second time and they still didn't get my order correct .both times there was an accessive amount of sauce on my wings they were swimming in sauce I said extra wet not swim a whole bucket of buffalo sauce on them that they sink threw the container they're placed in hold container soggy that was a ridiculous amount of sauce both times . SO I Took a complete Lost not happy. I Refuse to keep going back & fourth wasting my time & gas. I'll cut my losses . Buffalo wild wings is definitely not the spot for wings or burgers if I must be honest .don't bother wasting your time drive wright on pass keep you money the burger are not made correctly ask for everything on the side get everything on the burger . Ask for mayonnaise no mustard yet both burgers come out with mustard no mayonnaise both times . How Many times you think I'm keep sending same orders back it is what it is take my lost . Yes this hurt seemly food's so expensive won't be going out to eat again for a very long time experience is terrible .

Please if your looking for a few drinks and some wings choose another place. 3 of us came in today (Wednesday) at 1 pm. The restaurant was not even close to being full. I understand everyone is short staffed so I understand a wait. Therefore plenty of bar stools open and high tops. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait for a server so we asked if we could just have a beer at the bar and wait. They absolutely refused to let us sit and have a beer. We didn't care how long a wait on the food. Thats absolutely ridiculous and unexceptable. Ive worked in the business for years and never had this happen. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Who knows maybe the food is alot better then the service. No problem we went a few blocks down had drinks and lunch and spent $120.00. This place needs new management. Oh and by the way they let everyone in front of us sit. Again a xpl beers and time doesn't matterParking: Only good part
