Craving a Philadelphia cheesecake, like the ones I got in Philadelphia I decided to give Charley's a try. The cheesesteak resembled and tasted like many of the ones I had, and Philadelphia, hot, juicy, cheesy and served on a fresh baked roll. There are other sandwiches on the menu. If you're not in the mood for a cheesesteak, I recommend you try the cheese fries to complement your sandwich. the staff was courteous, attentive, very friendly. Full beverage, selection available. Definitely a return trip.

I'm an employee at the mall I got 30 minutes for lunch I get in line at 2:32 I am rushing back to work finally with my food at 2:57 15 minutes of that time was me actually waiting for my food and now I can eat my food cold when I get off of work

This is a terrible place to eat with terrible service. The cook threatened to beat up my son, because he asked them not to put any lettuce on his sandwich. Then runs in the back of the store like a coward.

Extremely rude. No personable skills whatsoever. Just spent over $60 for dinner and the fires were forgotten. Usually no big deal, Inconvenient for sure, but not the end of the world. I understand busy busy times of the day, especially during dinner rush, but to get hung up on twice and basically told tough s**t and nothing that they are willing to do, is completely unacceptable. Shame on the young man and his awful attitude.
