I'm a young Rockford native trying to find the best pizza in Rockford and for my experiment, I'll be using the most unbiased option possible: a plain cheese pizza.The sauce was pretty standard, a nice balance of zesty and sweet, neither overpowering the other. I'm picky about my pizza crust, but the crust was pretty good. It was firm on the outside but not too hard or crunchy, and soft on the inside but not too doughy. The cheese was my favorite part of the pizza, it was the perfect amount of cheese and very tasty. Slightly greasy, but not more than you would usually expect.Service was good, quick, and polite. The atmosphere was homey and comfy.Overall, the pizza was very delicious and a very solid option, especially considering the price, this is one of the cheapest pizza places in Rockford. My 21 month old toddler normally doesn't care for pizza, but he ate a whole slice, Giuseppe's passed the picky toddler test?.Will definitely be back again in the future.

Don't let the appearance fool you. The food is amazing! Authentic Italian! The lasagna is delicious and the portions are generous. The best pizza in town!!!

This restaurant ticks all the boxes. The food is great and I've never had an issue with the service. Whenever we have ordered delivery, they are always prompt and friendly. Not to mention, the food is delicious, some of the best pizza I have ever had.The only reason this establishment gets 4/5 stars is because they simply do not stay open past 9PM, even on weekends. Often times I have craved a delicious pizza on a Friday or Saturday, but by the time that craving hits, Guiseppi's has closed its doors and shut off their phones.

Just got turned on to this place last weekend, checked it out on Sunday. Pizza is amazing. That old-school kind of pizza I remember as a kid. I'm gonna run all through this menu, I'm sure it's all great. Poppers were great too.

The chicken Josephine was overcooked and chewy. I didn't really like the sauce. The takeout containers were not great and I need to clean my floor mats since the bottom of the bag they were given to me in was a soggy mess by the time I got home.

I love Giuseppe’s it’s my favorite pizza place the staff is so nice and they have a very welcoming personality and I love seeing the family pictures on the ice maker and I really love the Alfredo pasta and I would definitely come here

My "go-to" place for pizza. Ordered a 1/2 pan Lasagna and Stuffed Pizza for a family dinner. I was more than pleased with the food and service... as was my entire family. We had almost no leftovers (good and bad thing).

Here's the thing about Restaurants... they have an expectation. They ask a certain price for their food and when they get paid, they know exactly what to expect. My $50 Is the same as yours... whether it's new or wrinkled, torn, taped, swasssed and stinkled... it has a value of $50. They will never accept a $20 when expecting a $50... But this is what they do to us with their food. I EXPECT to get EXACTLY what I agreed to pay $50 for!With restaurants, Results are ALWAYS changing!4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered from Giseppes, our pizza was either, skimpy on the sauce and dry, skimpy on the cheese, cheese and pizza was over cooked and dark brown and dry or the slices were cut like someone was drunk and playing the pizza version of pin the tail on the donkey. Then in the last couple of weeks, they started sending out skimpy thin crusts pizzas with zero flavor.Follow how hard this is to understand...I order, 2 sides and...2 XL pizzas, 1 topping, No Cut, No Brown... and NEVER, have gotten what I paid for, Not Once and I don't do "Remakes".I can't trust you to make the food correctly the first time, I can only imagine what you'll do to our food a second time after having to throw out the first. So Yesterday was my last order from Giseppe's.I started buying Giseppe's 8 months ago, once a week @ $50... becauseI stopped buying Anna's, because the Harlem St cook was a complete as$hole about a large order he messed up and his Ego got the best of him. He couldn't admit he was wrong and instead told me I wasn't needed as a customer, after 9 years. Because he forgot to make 2 pizzas. I need a life time pizza place, for as long as we will be here.

We always enjoy their food. It is authentic Italian cooking. They use fresh ingredients and they have big portions and it is very reasonably priced. “Ro” is always very friendly. Even when it’s busy, we always get great service.
