This place was great! The service was great as well. I got the egg roll vermicelli salad which was delicious, but I also tried the steak pho. The broth was to die for. It was fresh, tasty, and needed no condiments. I would visit this place again and recommend it to you! Additionally, they had a huge drink menu with so many yummy flavors!

The PHO is top notch in the city. I choose this restaurant for pho over any other. The staff is always very friendly and the ambiance is very down to earth and comfortable/relaxed. Not fancy or upscale by any means but when you go here, it's not for the ambiance. It's for the phenomenal pho. Also. The spring rolls and crab ragoons are #1 in the city. Mmmm I think I need to go order some now.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!! Food is very good, bubble tea (especially smoothies) are awesome (though the tapioca could be cooked a bit longer sometimes), and the staff or so friendly. I really love going here.

We really wanted to get pho and our usual was closed that day. Tried Hai Quynh on a whim and it was delicious. We needed up getting take out, and it was well packaged, plus they provided all the yummy sides. We got crab Rangoon, Spring Rolls, beef pho, and chicken pho. Everything was delicious, however I was not a fan of the chicken broth. If I had the beef broth punch of flavor with the chicken, it would be. 10. Good service, bit of a wait. When I arrive I wasn't sure what to expect.. walked in and it was lovely. Great atmosphere and fun environment.

Excellent soups of all kinds. Stir fried wide noodles (Banh Canh noodles) are excellent. Egg rolls tasty, crisp, and not oily. The ginger chicken is excellent. My grand kids love the bubble tea.
Always amazing service and food. Boba Tea is delicious! A new found favorite for our family.

The 2000s vibes and decor of the place might not be for everyone but the food is exceptional and the atmosphere is lovely! Their beef pho, starters and stir fries are out of this world and their boba is one of the best in town ! They play smooth jazz on low volume which gives the restaurant a calming vibe. Wonderful experience and an added bonus is that they give you matching color straws with your drink:) So cute

This place is wonderful! I got the beef combo phở that has steak, meatball, tripe, and shank. Everything was super fresh and flavorful and the phở broth was rich, complex, and absolutely delicious. I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo, but I'll be back. Great service and a casual family environment, definitely recommended.
