While I have no problem with up charges they should be brought up when ordering not when you see the bill. Also the extra charge for Daytona sauce is not on the menu and when we asked the server for an explanation we got an attitude. Also felt rushed like she wanted us out of there as fast as possible wasn't really busy for that treatment, if it was my first time would have been my last.

First never ordered a triple was whispered they cost .99 each extra on the dip sauce didn’t get one of the drinks had to ask for it after the third time of coming to the table got three different girls to the table didn’t even ask were the appetizer went just handed them to me then put the other in front of me clearly there was four of us put was put only three didn’t get the ticket I clearly could of just walked out after we left she was looking on the table for something like really you didn’t give me a ticket do your going to look for a payment I had to get out of there so I looked for for someone to give me my ticket food was good but the serve’s wasn’t kid friendly need to have a lower table for kids sorry but not coming back prices to high but good food

This might have been one of the worst experiences I have had eating out at a restaurant EVER. All I was wanting to do tonight was celebrate my friends birthday and enjoy some food and the atmosphere of Hooters. Our appetizers came at the same as our main meals with no silverware until we were forced to wave down a waitress to get some. Then we didn’t get our fries EVER until we were finished with the rest of our food. Adding on to that we got one refill throughout the entire meal and had to wait almost 30 minutes to talk to a manager to discuss how our tickets were going to be fixed after being told he would be with us in 2-3 minutes. Just an unacceptable experience and that’s without mentioning that our waitress was sitting at some guys table the entire night not doing her job. I’ve been sitting here for almost 3 hours now and still waiting to pay. I wish I woulda just stayed home and saved 2 hours worth of gas and time.

I normally love the Philly cheesesteak here but man, my boyfriend and I were so disappointed tonight. The Philly was soooo dry, the fries were cold and the cheese for the fries was hard. I wasn’t even supposed to eat here tonight and I wish I wouldn’t have. Just a waste.

I went here for my birthday we sat down and the waitress came up just fine and being all nice. Then once we dropped the “we have a coupon” we barely saw her. We never got our drinks refilled and when we were waiting for our bill I went to the bathroom and noticed there was something wrong with my appearance. I finally figured it out by staring awkwardly in the mirror, from my roots to my ears my hair was grey! I guess it was because of how long I was waiting. I feel like you guys owe me hair dye but that’s a different story. Anyways we were being held receipt hostage and then once we finally paid that’s when they wanted to come creepy crawling over to sing me happy birthday when all I wanted at that point was to get ready for bed and just stare at the ceiling and think about life after that experience.
