I purchased a kids meal of beef and broccoli to bring to our kids for lunch at school. I looked in the container and there was 7 pieces of broccoli and 1 sliver of beef. I asked for just a couple more pieces of beef for the meal. The manager ended up helping me and added more broccoli and hardly any meat. I asked that he just add a couple piece of meat and not broccoli and his response was that he hates it when people complain when they are getting free food. There are many options in Rockford for Asian food, I would suggest going somewhere else to receive better service and fair portions.

I’m a little upset that they don’t give sauce with your chicken. I asked for extra. And got home with 2 in the bag, now I’m sitting here eating dry food with no sauce. They could atleast put it on the food.

This place has really gone down hill.. they used to give good portions. My plate is missing a couple scoops of rice and chicken. They tried to serve me all broccoli in my broccoli beef..... come on

Always great service when we go in! What i appreciate the most is, when the staff knows there is an item that's almost ready, they always ask me if I want to wait for it. The staff is always nice and timely.
They just need to get it together. Also, if you can't handle online pre-orders, then maybe think about removing it from your location. I'm not stopping by this one for a while.
