Something must have happened with ownership or staff, because service has gone downhill. We moved to town about a year+ ago, and loved coming here for pho. We also did pho carry out from time to time. Then one time we did carry out, the pho was not as good and the fixings looked like they had better days. They seemed short staffed and stressed that day, so we let it pass and gave it a second try for carry out. Same thing, the pho broth was super oily, and just didn’t taste the same. Third try: we decided to eat in the restaurant. Pho still wasn’t great, but the clincher was there was a piece of plastic in my egg roll that I almost swallowed! I didn’t have to pay for the egg roll which should be a given, I was just surprised at the lack of concern from the staff. Needless to say, 3 strikes and we’re moving on to find our new favorite place for pho! We gave them a fair chance, we hope this review will make them better again one day.

Very horrible experience. Seems like a stingy and money hungry restaurant, try alternatives like the areas pho restaurants about 15 minutes

The waitress did ask, "With everything?" I said."Yes." I was surprised by the vegetarian sandwich with a few drops of hot sauce right in the middle. I expected the same as the vegetarian spring roll, which I also ordered. I should have said, "No." Also should have ordered a milk product to put out the burning ? spice added.Vegetarian options: Be explicit of what you want and what is included.

I ordered Rice Plates 18.5usd .The dish comes with supposed dipping sauce. And they want me to pay separately for my fish sauce not even 2oz . If I order Pho and asked for Fish sauce I totally understand. But they want me to pay extra for the meal that I ordered. I refused to pay and the owner said they don't have anymore fish sauce i need to wait at least 6 hours.

I got bahn mi with BBQ pork and classic spring rolls. It was all VERY GOOD. Chilli oil and hoisin on the table.Next time I may ask if I can get less noodles in the spring rolls because it was packed with them- which is good except for my need to eat more protein and fewer carbs for medical reasons. Both bathrooms were out of order which was frustrating- hopefully they will have those fixed soon.1000% will eat here again and try the pho next time!

I was really digging this restaurant until I came across this in my veggie Pho.
Very disappointed in the deterioration of their fresh spring rolls. They are never made tightly anymore and fall apart at first bite. It becomes such messy eating process. Enjoy the food but their food preparedness and taste is starting to lack.

I’ve never felt prompted to leave a review in my life, but DANG this place is amazing. The absolute best Crab Rangoon I’ve ever had, and the Pho is to die for. I’m gonna come back here all the time.

I am very disappointed! I ordered the combination beef pho and it was terrible. The noodles were so over cooked that they started breaking apart to the point where it looked like rice, I couldn’t even use the chop sticks to eat it. There wasn’t enough meat at all and it smelled and looked so bad that I gagged you can literally tell it was old or have been sitting out all day. The broth was cold and dark looking. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I I wasted $17.01 on this one dish and hated everything about it. I immediately threw it in the trash! If I dined in I would have definitely asked for a refund but unfortunately I’m all the home already and can’t do anything about it!! I am very upset

Coming from a larger populated city, this place was only subpar. But you get what you get in a small town. The R7 was bland; the chicken meat had no flavor. Service: was ok. Lunchtime crowd kept the solo person busy.
