I came in about 10 o’clock and they close at 11 so I had asked if they were still serving people and they were really friendly and said yes, they seated me and the food was delicious and perfect! Since I came in alone and it was closing time the waitress Abigail was very friendly and sat and talked with me for about 30 min. I have never had a waitress do that. Best red lobster ever and it was almost like I was family there. Great experience 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went today to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. I had asked him where he wanted to go for his dinner and he chose Red lobster. The great thing about it is that when I mentioned it to one of the persons they asked him what his favorite entree was and he told them popcorn shrimp. While we're all looking at our menus and the waitress is taking our drink order, the gentleman comes out with an appetizer for him with popcorn shrimp.

Red lobster has always been one of my favorite places to eat. But was really disappointed we ordered the 3 for 15.99. We both had salad, which was great. I had the coconut shrimp and my granddaughter had cheese sticks for our appetizers. For entrees we had wagyu burger and fish fry . The cheese sticks were rubbery, fish was ok,the wagyu burger was rubbery and tasteless. She ordered the burger was ordered medium and was very well done. They did comp 1 meal but it was SO disappointing ? fast food would have been better

I arrived at this location and was told there was a 20 min wait. I told them I would sit at the bar with my husband. Yes we put our name on the waiting list. They forgot about us. Didn't call our name. My husband went up and mentioned we were waiting. They looked up our name and someone erased it.Now onto our witness, she was slow moving, brought our food and ran off. My husband had to ask for silverware. When she finally came back I had a few comments nicely to let her know and her explanation was that they were short staff. Please don't seat guest in an area that there is no coverage. We also witnessed other guess trying to get a hold of her as well.Sadly, we won't be back.

Gathering for my mothers 80th birthday. Waitstaff was great. I always order the admirals feast. It wasn't a disappointment. My sister ordered lobster pizza. She was satisfied.My husband went for the steak and house fries.He let me taste it. I thought it was salty ?. And the portion of fries were less than I ever saw served other than a childs meal. Lol. And my dearest mother ordered battered fish ??.She wasn't unsatisfied. She did say she liked my breaded fish off my platter.I shared my platter and found that fun. My mother was delighted with the effort of the restaurant to bring a birthday ? treat to cap off our gathering of her to celebration.Our gathering cost under 100$ This included 3 refreshments and one. water.No adult beverages.
Complete disaster! We waited forever to be seated after calling ahead of time for a reservation, waited forever for food and drinks (had to reorder several times), food was mediocre at best. Was the chain bought by McDonald's? The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager and Monica attempted to make it better. Thanks ladies! Seriously though, just don't.. choose somewhere else!
