Just had their $10.50 gyro sandwich. It was a standard tasty gyro. Shame they put a bad taste in your mouth before the first bite, by charging excessively high prices for less than large portions. To support local business, I would have given this truck four stars until the chef added insult to injury by asking for a tip! To do what? Wrap a sandwich in tin foil and handing it out a window... with NO bag, napkins, utencils, sauces or sides? (None was offered either.) And in case you paid cash - so they couldnt shake you down to add a tip to a card - they've conveniently placed a tip jar at the window for any change you receive. Greedy guy won't get any more business from me.

These guys never disappoint ever the gyros are incredible the street fries are so delicious and the main best is the sauce it all makes uncle nicks look bad I would eat these guys over uncle nicks any day I appreciate these guys and the work they do to make the food incredibly delicious

We ordered food from the truck for the first time today. We got a gyro, Greek street fries, and a souvlaki sandwich. The food was disappointing. Everything was pretty salty, the gyros didn’t seem like they came off a spit, the Greek street fries had way too much vinegar on them as they were completely soggy and too vinegary tasting, and the rice that I ordered with the gyros was just average. I don’t think we will be coming back.

I will be honest I was heading over to Latham tap to try their grinder today. I was told they have a very good one so I wanted to try one for lunch. Then I'm cruising up Main Street just before Jefferson and I see the Olive Branch Greek food truck. I've always wanted to try these guys but could never find them. So I decided I will try Latham tap some other day and try the Olive Branch Greek food truck. I had their basic gyro the gyro tzatziki sauce is very unique mixed in with a Greek yogurt it was very tasty all the ingredients and everything on there was very fresh I have to say Uncle Nick's definitely has some competition in the gyro market. To find out where these guys are going to be I was kindly told to text 85100 and enter opa and they will tell you where they are at by text. Too bad I'm full I would definitely want to try more food from their truck but until next time.

Visited the Food Truck Tuesday event at Sinnissippi Park in Rockford. I ordered the Greek Street Fries. They are described as fries with Gyro meat (chopped), kalamata olives, feta, oil & vinegar with Greek spices (quoted from memory). While the dish was flavorful with the dressing and spices, the amount of feta and meat were negligible. Take a look at my other reviews and you'll find that I'm usually quite generous and I will add that I am being more generous here than My Greek table was with my dish.
Fast friendly cashier service and delicious food. Had the traditional pork souvlaki sandwich with a side of fries. Great portions for a yummy lunch with just the right amount of sandwich toppings too. Love that they are bringing some variety of selections to Belvidere now!
