The spot cafe is a wonderful place to eat. Me and my husband love the food and the people who work there are really nice. I can't think of a better place to go then here when I have a tight budget.
We go there about once a week on taco Tuesday great food and friendly staff if you like hometown cooking this is a place for you and great menu prices and specials I prefer the spot skillet in the morning

Amazing food from breakfast to dinner. If you're looking for a Soul Food place, this is the one and only place you need to come in Rockford. Very pristine abd smells very fresh here. I'd recommend even truckers to make a stop here on 7th St in the downtown district. Trucker friendly ?????
