The food is always warm or hot. Orders are usually correct. But please stop handing out straws with straw-less lids. The straw-less lids are great but your employees are apparently too dim to figure out the concept. If they won't accept the still-wrapped straw back through the window because of possible contamination then stop distributing straws in paper wrappers. Or better yet, stop giving out straws unless customers ask for them. You don't give out straws with hot coffee do...read full review
Gave a them a code from the app for buy one shake, get one for $.29. It didn’t get applied to my order and so I got charged. When I called to explain their mistake and ask for my refund, I was told that if the code “didn’t work”, there was nothing they could do about it. That’s nonsense, as this kind of thing has happened before at other McDonald’s locations, and they were perfectly happy to make things right. This place was so filthy today! In the dining area most the tables were dirty, trash bins were overflowing and the floor had food and trash all over it! If the dining area was not cleaned just imagine what the kitchen area looked like.
