The dim sum at this restaurant is just ok. The ordering is via IPad which is interesting. The dim sum comes ala carte instead of from a cart. Even with it coming straight out of the kitchen, the food didn’t come out hot which is disappointing.
I have experienced many dim sum in Ca, Ny, DC, Va... and many other places, but I have never felt the difference since a friend took me here and enjoyed it. . This is a huge difference in service and food. MingHin Cuisine gives me a very special feeling, they have a variety of dim sum dishes, lots of choices for you. I ordered beef sticks and egg rolls, along with hot and sour soup, chicken curry and the spicy shrimp with vegetables and rice. A lot of food to take home. Next time wife will enjoy going to Ming Hin.
