Can't say enough about this place. I have been coming to Uncle Bill's since 2007. Mostly it was lunch and my favorite rib-eye stake sandwich at the time. I came back to this place after 14 years of being out of the country. It is still the same family atmosphere, great food and a friendly service. The quintessential greasy spoon, the place that looks like it came straight out the 1950s. full of fun pictures of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe on the wall, staff that greets you when you walk in to "take a seat anywhere you like". It really feels like a place you can just slump into the booth and relax with a cup of coffee.
