i stopped here with my mom, dad and stepmom for some wine tasting. The place is so cute, and I love that you can buy pure elderberry syrup. We sampled some wine, and no one loved anything especially. BUT then we tried the mead, wow this stuff is good. My dad who hardly drinks, bought two bottles, one peach and the other blueberry. I bought the blackberry and elderberry. Very delicious! We sat in a parlor room with a piano. My dad plays the piano, so this was a special treat for all of us to hear him play. It was a very lovely time spending time with special people.

I stopped by here about two weeks ago after having seen the sign on the highway. The list of a variety of wines for every palate is very extensive. I am a seasoned wine enthusiast. Just when I thought I knew it all; I was introduced to the "Meads"; a honey based wine. These were the best wines that I have had, in all of my life. The fact that the products are all locally produced added to my great experience. The staff person was very friendly and easy to talk to. I sampled 10 wines and also made a purchase. I loved the decor of the tasting room/the shop. I can't wait to introduce others to these great tasting wines. I will definitely be going back again and will continue to make purchases; forever.

This is a great winery in a quiet town. They have a wide selection from dry to sweet, both reds and whites...and a large assortment of meads (I'd say semi-dry to sweet). They also have a couple very unique items, such as the jalapeño wine. If you're in the area, I whole-heartedly recommend stopping by for a glass. Duchess is the store mascot and, as it turns out, loves the inside of her ears rubbed. Thanks for your kindness and an enjoyable experience!
