Absolutely mid. In my hungover hubris, I ordered a giant sloppy toppy baked steak sandwich, and was served a congealed mass of steak and cheese that I could barely stomach. Service was quick, even during a lunch rush. Employees were friendly, and condiments were readily accessible. Conclusion: I have nobody to blame but myself for my disappointment.
I do not know why I am only writing this review now, even though I know for a fact that I went to this spot a couple of months ago. It's definitely long overdue, but I can't help but share my wonderful experience from this location. I was in the Woodfield Mall, and I was famished, so I decided to grab a bite. They have many different and good spots, but my feet brought me to this spot. This spot was not as busy as the others, so I chose it, and besides, cheesesteaks sounded good...read full review

Ok, it's in a mall food court, but it was delicious. I can see why Charleys was one of the popular venues in the Woodfield Mall food court. The sandwich was freshly and quickly prepared. The chicken was spicy and the toppings were very fresh. The tables are comfortable and they had booster chairs for our toddler. The nearby restrooms were modern and clean. All in all, a good pick for a quick bite!
