Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve had in years. Ordered on the app to be delivered to me at work. I ordered before the store was even open but requested a delivery time between 11:30-11:45. At 11:54 the app finally said the order went out for delivery. At 12:20 it was finally in my hand. Closed at 7:15, online it shows they are open till 9, app shows open till 9.I go to Five guys and two different employees of Jimmy John’s walk in about 10 minutes apart. First a young guy. Then a young gal.I included a receipt photo of from Five guys just because I’m sure they’ll say they were open

Took over nearly an hour to get one sandwich. Very unorganized. Folks that ordered after me got food first. Finally got mine before others that ordered ahead of me. No one seemed to be in charge. People were leaving without getting their food. No offer to make it right. Terrible experience
