Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous....read full review

Loove my experiences at Life Time Fitness Schaumburg! I partake in most of the fitness group classes! All of the fitness and yoga instructors are amazing!! Pamela R. really meets my needs in all her classes—Gluteus Maxout, Upper RX, etc...I see immediate results! My husband and I, are very happy with Luke’s Hiit Class and recently Will’s Hiit class!
