On Monday, August 28 2023 at around 6pm I went to Pho Cafe for the first time. My allergies were acting up and a good hot Pho always makes me feel better. The gentleman employee behind the counter must have been having a bad day or going thorough something tough because he was one of the most unpleasant and grumpy people I have encountered in a long time. the food is always great but i went there the other day and nobody was there even though they had a sign up saying they were open…i came back the next day and everything was fine except it was missing an item. the food here is always amazing but lately the service has been bad so i have to take out a star……

This is the first time I've been to the new woodfield food area. I chose Pho cafe as I have had wonderful Pho on Several vacations. I ordered the rare beef Pho, and a side of lime.Once I squeezed in sufficient lime to balance the broth, the taste was very good.I was a little disappointed in the beef, because it was served already in the broth rather than on the side. Like a nice restaurant. I'm sure this is due to food regulations at a food court. Probably can't serve raw meat...read full review
