I usually go to this location and I'm usually satisfied. But this time was different. The kids they have working there looked dumb founded. Only one kid had customer service skills. The service was slow for it being Jimmy John's. I ordered to ho but when I got home, our sandwiches were horrible. They used old lettuce that looked brown. They only put 3 small tomatoes that were the edge of the tomato. And my chicken Caesars wrap had more croutons than chicken. I hope the owner looks...read full review

We order quite regularly. Today, I called 6x. They kept answering and hanging up. Then when I finally got through, I repeated my order 3x. They still messed up the order. We got regular turkey sandwiches when we ordered the #12 which is suppose to come with guacamole. Missed an order of chips. Really poor service.

I placed an online order. Michael & another employee made our sandwich. They were very professional with great team work. They asked appropriate questions for the order. I would definitely go back again & again. Thanks for making the best sandwiches. ?
