I'm the night of July 3rd 2023 I was at work and I got notified that there was $150 purchase at Papa John's on my account that I did not make. Not only was the Papa John's team headed by Mike extremely accommodating and patient with me, they reimbursed my money and said they would provide any help reporting this to the proper authorities. Thank you Mike and Craig at Papa John's in Shorewood for the excellent service and helping me through a very stressful situation.
Average, barely warm, chain pizza. Extremely overpriced for a chain pizza. Order to support a local pizzeria and receive a higher quality product and overall better value.Vegetarian options: Cheese available

They delivered me the wrong pizza. And then when I called up and told them that I had to talk to 3 different people before. I finally got somebody to send me back a new pizza and then 3 minutes after I got off the phone with them. The driver called me back and said I need to return the pizza. They already delivered and then about an hour and 10 minutes goes by and I finally get the right pizza.Do better Papa John's.
