Great on the food side, the prep is spot on and everything is fresh. Inside service is fine too, the staff is alright. Unfortunately the drive through orders aren't as consistent. Plenty of occasions when the drive through staff forgot to put in items asked for like sauce, napkins, etc. Every once in a while they toss the order in the bag a little fast and dump our cinnamon twists...it's not the worst complaint but I really hate it when that happens (cinnamon everywhere)
Gourmet taco bell. One of the best around. Julio was Great and didn't sound like he was in a bad mood like every other drive thru attendant at other taco bells. Food was hot. The new lenox taco bell is terrible. Compared to this one.

Probably could have used an extra employee or two, seemed short on help. However, staff that was working were very nice and friendly and the food was good.Vegetarian options: Could probably get just beans, cheese, lettuce and tomato, no meat versions.Parking: Didn't take a parking spot count!
