“The store in Skokie has been consistent with good, hot food. We have tried just about everything in this restaurant and it has all been good. Fun that rainbow cone is connected to them in same store space.Vegetarian options: Salads and soups“
“One of the last few Browns around. Great chicken and pastaUpdate: Jan 2024This Browns Chicken is still great! Authentic Browns fried chicken ad delicious pasta with red sauce. One of the last remaining Browns locations. I hope they stay open forever! Favorite fast chicken location!“
“Detroit style pizza. Excellent cheese & sauce quality/flavor on a light, fluffy, crispy crust. It's the delicious cheese, fresh veggies, and perfectly textured crust that really stands out. This is the Four Corners style pizza with a light, crispy butter crust.Different types and flavors of crust are also available... i.e. the Butter Crust! It's a little pricey at $22 (with 3 extra toppings), but it's worth the pleasure.“
“Couldn’t recommend this place more! Not only were both the food and the drinks great, Tracy (the manager) and her team went above and beyond to help my family get a table after my aunts funeral and really it feel like we were all at home together to celebrate her life. Can’t thank you guys enough!“
“I would highly recommend reservations because we saw so many people get turned away. The food was good and the drinks were even better. Pastas we’re cooked well. They have an old school espresso machine. I really appreciate the service which made the experience also feel intimate and comfortable. It is fairly dark in here but still very enjoyable.“
“I showed up with no reservations due to the fact it was only me & I’m glad I stayed. The guy who greets you when you walk in (forgot his name) was super down to earth and even recommended a dish. I was able to get seated pretty quickly at the bar and ordered the “MLK” drink. It was perfect. Nice amount of alcohol. Music was good too! The salmon egg rolls 10/10. I also ordered the creamy chicken Parmesan pasta, now I meant to order the lemon pepper but this was pretty good. Only downfall was the chicken on top wasn’t crispy/fresh. Other than that I enjoyed this restaurant & will return.“
“The food was fantastic. Some of the best Napolitano-style pizza I've had in a long time - and I lived in Naples for 4 years! I'll definitely be back. I've especially missed the Diavola, and they serve it here. Great experience, and there's plenty of parking nearby.“
“One of my absolute favorite pasta joints in the city. Chef makes everything daily from scratch, and the pastas always rotate. The focaccia and burrata with honeycomb is a staple that’s always on the menu- FOR A REASON! I can’t even describe how good that bread is. It’s BYOB and come early if you want to snag a table- it’ll be worth it. Chef is very kind and helpful with deciding what to order every time we visit.“
“My wife and I went on our first date at Mia Francesca’s 21 years ago. We stopped in to celebrate that anniversary the other night and had a phenomenal time. The food was excellent as usual. They have the best calamari which has been consistent across locations and decades! As we are belly up to the bar people we were thrilled the recent reno included a new bar top. The bartenders were great and when we had an atypical special request Constantine the manager went above and beyond what we anything we could expect. Highly recommend Mia’s, or really any Francesca’s location you’re close to. Always great food and service.“
“Our waiter Julian was attentive, menu knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was large portions, flavorful and great presentation.Parking: It's in the shopping center parking is not an issueWheelchair accessibility: It's accessible, the doors ,tables n side walk.“
