Wow. The absolute change in this restaurant coming in today to a new face! The manager Josh was all over the place! He was hosting, serving, bartending. I asked him if he was a manager. He said yes. I'm in the industry and nothing makes me happier than seeing a manager stepping out of his office to help his staff. Good job whoever hired him!!!!
We use Red Robin for a reoccuring order throughout the year. This location is stellar. The customer service is really, really good. Management is personable and relatible. This makes such a difference when doing business with another company. What a breath of fresh air!
