Went in for a 2nd time in one week. My first time I in, I was dining solo, but as I read the menu, I knew my family would love this place. I actually was texting my husband while there because of all of the heavy metal music they were playing that I knew he'd like. Well, on the 2nd visit, it was all 80's pop music which is what I like. Food was good and nice portion sizes, but the service was slow and the waitress did not take our plates as we finished lunch and moved onto dessert. Adding carry out boxes to the now very full tabletop was frustrating. We were one of two tables of customers in the entire restaurant.The shakes were tasty, but not as fancy and decorated as my last visits. Shocked and disappointed to find that this restaurant changed. Personally, liked the walk up counter. Also, really loved all the shakes and now you can only order two different kinds. It was a treat for us to come here, not sure we will be back.
