“Each day is different. Sometimes the cashiers are pleasant and other times they are just there. Last time I went the guy who took my order was looking off in the distance like he was pondering life. He barely spoke and I had to start the conversation with a "are you ok bro?" For him to nod and take my order. Kinda weird but the food was good so it's cool.“

“This McDonald's is the best on East side Chicago guaranteed. The food, you have to let cool before you eat it. Any food you order will be fresh and hot at anytime of the day. Great customer service fresh and hot food is definitely there motto ??. You won't be disappointed.Parking: Parking is free at McDonald's soon as you pull in or you can park near on the street.Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat and enjoy there food in a clean modern atmosphere.“
“Food was decent. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday app for the free Spicy Chicken. It's a B rated chicken sandwich. Just enough spice to it for the taste buds. It's not a Popeyes chicken sandwich but hits the spot.Had problems with the app but can't blame the store.I'm old school and still love the baked potato with sour cream. Can't go wrong there. This is my first time back to this location in about 2 years and it's in my town.Unfortunately, last time I had chili in the afternoon and in my cup of chili was two big pieces of plastic wrapping from maybe the chili packaging and the metal twist closing for a bag. Thank God I didn't hurt my mouth but a poke but the manager wanted to blame it on the morning crew that was new and probably make the mistake of cutting the chili out the bag wrong.What's wrong with that: it was almost 6pm and please don't tell me that's the same chili from 10am.So I won't get the chili ever again from any location. Just to be on the safe side. 2nd time this has happened at a Wendy's at another location.“
“I want to start off saying the manager Mark at this location is wonderful and made my day. I went to the Lansing location where the manager Watasha was trying to fight me and disrespected me by talking about my clothes knowing I was Pregnant all over a coupon that was sent to me through email by checkers. She made me uncomfortable by making me get out my car to come inside the store and I explained that my daughter was sick and that I’m pregnant I was Trying to order through the drive through. Once inside she was rude and not helpful trying to tell me I go Around asking for free fries when they sent me the code less than 24 hours ago. Also she followed me out to my car trying to “move me”. When I called corporate I let Them know what happened and I went To the next nearest location which is south Holland because I am Pregnant and want what I crave. They gave me a free meal through the app and told me use it anywhere. The manager mark was SO NICE he didn’t make me feel bad for having a coupon he made my food the exact way I asked And even apologized for the manager at the LANSING location who don’t know how to handle customers. For now on, I’ll take the extra drive to come to south Holland because it’s always nice and never had any problems going there even as a kid:)“

“The food was good. Server was very friendly and attentive. The only issue was ice. We ordered the peach teas which was bottled, but they weren't cold. They didn't have ice so we were stuck. My husband loved the Italian burger but said it was a little small for the price. I had a Chicago style polish which was good, but I wish they had tomato wedges instead of slices. Overall a good place to stop for lunch.“
“If you like pork, this is the place to visit. The meat falls right off the bone. Try the ribs or pork chops and you won't be disappointed. You can order sit down or take out service. There are no table menus so you'll have to look on the wall to see what you want. seating is close so be aware. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who likes pork“
“The food was wonderful. Burger is what you would expect from a burger. I would recommend getting "everything" on the burger. I accidentally got mine "as is" without the added mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. The ice cream really hits the spot and is delicious. The service was great she was attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant is more of an old aesthetic which is refreshing when every store is modernized nowadays.“
“I attended a birthday celebration from out of state. One of the items served was tuna sandwiches from this establishment. It was so good that I stopped by the location to buy some to take home. The cashier politely greeted me while attending to the drive thru window. I wish I had purchased a larger size“
