They refused my valid coupon at order point then I was told to drive back around to re-place my order as the male manager entered it incorrectly. I refused to drive back around and went inside and ithe visit got even worse. I asked several employees for the gentleman’s name at the window and they refused. I didnt wanna give the one star. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a piece of fried chicken on a bun. Im soo upset and can’t believe that, I thought I was being punked and tripping but they really put a piece of chicken on a bun.
I ordered a surf and turf and I received 5 piece of shrimp in which 2 pieces was the tail end only. I wish I could show everyone what I received. I asked for ranch dipping sauce and received none. I also didn't receive any cocktail sauce for my shrimp. Lastly, I received 1 chicken strip instead of 2 in which the second piece was extremely small.
