There were no cars in the drive thru when I got there and was told to pull up to wait for my order after paying. Two more cars showed up and the first was also told to pull up while the second one stayed at the window. Employee hands a bag of food out the window to the 3rd car then after a moment the driver of that car flags the employee down and hands the bag with all the food in it back to the employee. They talk for a second then the employee walks out the door and walks up and hands it to me? I wasn't really worried about it but who hands food into a vehicle to where they open it all up only to realize it's not theirs then proceeds to hand it to another customer? Also, it was quite expensive for what I got.

Just myself and my son came in on a Tuesday evening around 6:30. We were greeted by a middle aged woman who was pleasant. I was shocked (in a good way!) to see that even though we were the only customers in the store (including drive thru)- all 3 employees were busy deep cleaning the kitchen area. A gentleman was moving equipment away from the walls to even clean behind them. It was a very clean restaurant and had very hard working employees, whom even when it was an Empty restaurant were still hard at work. Very professional. Food was also fresh and delicious. I would absolutely go back. For low budget fast food- I give this a solid 10. Great evening crew!

A shout out to the Hardees on Clear Lake My brother and I visited them for 3 different trips over 2 days. My dad is at St. Johns for surgery. Each trip we had great food and awesome customer service. You guys rock I am from Rantoul and my brother is from Iowa and I haven't had this great of service in quite some time. Thank you all and keep up the great work. God Bless you all, We had breakfast and dinner.

My wife and I have come back to this store after a 2 year absence. The new crew, starting with Bo the manager, have been very accommodating. We like our biscuits not burnt, they provide this. She likes hers with no egg, they provide this. Even the weekend crew takes the time to make sure we get our order the way we want it. Hockey puck type biscuits are not edible. The manager at another store in town told me one day "that's how our biscuits are." I told Bo this the first day we went back to Clear Lake store, he said that they will take care of us, and so far, we have no complaints at all. This store rocks....
