THE FOOD IS NORMALLY GOOD & HOT BUT MINE WASN'T WARM ENOUGH... IT WAS EXTREMELY PACKED IN THERE, & EXTREMELY HARD TO GET AN EMPLOYEE'S ATTENTION TO GET MY CARRYOUT ORDER.
The food I ordered was okay after I warmed it up. We picked it up as it was a to go order and dove right in. My spicy chicken bites were cold and didn’t realize my honey wheat bread was nowhere in the bag, but was ordered. Will never do curbside again.

I think the Longhorn In Springfield either had a bust afternoon or short staffed. My service was fair. My go-to entree I'd tge New York strip with broccoli ?. I ordered my steak medium but came out chared. My broccoli ? didn't require chewing it disolved in my mouth. The booth was poorly cleaned, and the carpet unkempt. I have only been to tge Springfield Longhorn a handful of time but frequent the location in Champaign, which is top-notch. Maybe they had a. bad day??
