Very quirky little place. It's a small house converted to a restaurant. Not a lot of ambiance, but food is wonderful and always comes out piping hot. Reasonable prices, generous servings. Take out is an option, too. They don't accept credit cards just cash or personal checks.They don't sell alcoholic beverages, but you are allowed to bring your own.Parking lot is small. I used to live in Springfield and my mom an I ate here alot. Its absolutely my favorite place to eat. Makes me feel like im at home again. We drive a total of 8 hours now to go here at least once a year just for the food. As i live 4 hours SE of Springfield now. Love it wish i could get just the recipe for what we eat so i didnt have to drive so far.
