I went with 3 other people and everyone enjoyed their food. Prices were good and the food selection was a lot to choose fromDietary restrictions: My wife has to eat glueten free and there were many choices.
Everything I've tried here has been great, but this is definitely my favorite sushi spot in Springfield! My sister and I love going out for sushi and we've both agreed that this is the best sushi around. The staff is always so nice and helpful as well.

We haven't been to Mimosa in several years, frankly because it wasn't very good but decided to give it another try. What a difference: a larger menu, excellent service, and the food was wonderful. My wife had spring rolls and Bume Noodle dry with tofu. I had pork egg rolls, a cup of hot and sour soup (ample; no need to order a bowl), and the Spiderman sushi roll.
