We were visiting Springfield with our kids and our 5 month old granddaughter. When we arrived the waiter offered us a free mojito because the air conditioner was slow to get going and it was really hot outside. Turned out the air conditioner was not working at all and the baby was over heating so bad the parents had to take her in the lobby to cool off and we had to take our kids food to go. Oh my goodness. What a surprise! We made the reservation not knowing what to expect for our large group of fourteen, but we all went away completely impressed. Our welcome, the service and the atmosphere created the perfect stage for our incredible meal. We were ALL so happy with our meal and plan to go again. What a beautiful dining experience from start to finish!!!

Their website did not reflect that they were closed. This restaurant is located in a hotel. When I called the number for the hotel, the automated menu gives you the option to select Nick and Nino's. I was transferred and it rang 5 times and then received a recorded message that "the mailbox is full". The hotel should remove the option to select Nick and Nino's OR offer an automated message that reflects it is closed.
