“Now this is one real sandwich place. This pastrami was great. Fresh bread! And unlike the chain sub shops, who will remain nameless, there's way more meat and fixings than bread. And believe it or not the staff here actually look you in the eye and smile. Great job to whoever runs this establishment.“

“This JJ's has really friendly staff - so upbeat. I had the turkey sub which had a clean, refreshing flavor. My wife had the veggie. She gave me a couple of bites, and it was better than my turkey sub. Next time, I'll order the veggie. An excellent quick lunch.“

“This has been one of my favorites when I connected with them when I was still working with the state of Illinois and they really were freaky fast. Now that I'm retired I don't get them delivered but I do go over and order them and take them home and they are the best sandwiches!!! “Stopped here driving through illinois and decided to try out these subs. There was a queue but Bob was patient and calm. Was definitely worth the wait ! I had the el Italiano and my wife had the egg salad sandwich. Both well balanced and filling. Would highly recommend !“
