This short dark haired girl working the windows didn’t know what she was doing.I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and she got confused and gave me the wrong order she gave me a cold brew. Then when I politely corrected her she rolled her eyes and turned around and waited five minutes to remake my drink. The atmosphere is decent, small building and no real outdoor seating area limits the use to individuals through small groups. Quality of product is consistent with the corporate standards. Unfortunately, the cost of a basic drip coffee and a cookie is getting ridiculous.

Service was good. Went for the YayDay half off drinks special. Ordered 2 and believe I was overcharged a little. The cashier was awesome though as the offer wasn't showing up on my app so she did some magic to make it work.
