My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Subway owners have a knack for hiring great people and this one is no exception. The "sandwich artists" here are some of the nicest, most thoughtful folks I've ever met and it's why I keep going back.
