“First time here . Ordered ahead for pickup. The chips and salsa were very good. Taco and cheese enchiladas with rice and beans . Very good . The only thing missing was a margarita and you can't get those to go.. Highly recommend The Jalapeno Grille.“
“Been going here since I moved into the area 6 years ago. The food has never changed and is always stellar. The price for the combo plate is perfect and you always leave feeling more than full for a really reasonable price. The staff is excellent and the restaurant is always clean. Best Mexican food you can find around here. Horchata also is great. Recommend 10/10.“
“There are so many great places to eat in Saint Charles where we come often to see shows at the Arcada Theatre. For many years we have been choosing to be repeat customers here at El Puente, as a matter of fact it has become the go to place for us. The service is always good, food is delicious, staff is friendly. It must be a good place to work because many of the employees have been here a long time. One bit of advice, make reservations on days there is a concert at the Arcada...“
“I've been here a few times now, the food has always been fresh and tasted amazing. The customer service and atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I love the freshness of the guac as I enjoy having fresh tomatoes in it. Steak tacos have been my favorite that I keep coming back to, but I've also really enjoyed the shrimp dinner, steak torta, and steak burrito. My kids love the food from here as well and keep asking to come back. This is definitely an establishment worth supporting.“
“Kind of a hidden charmer. I wouldn't have found this if friends had not told me about it. Glad they did. The food was excellent especially the steak, which can be risky at times in type of cuisine. It was not overcooked tender and juicy.The service was attentive but not smothering. The prices were on the upside but the quality of the meal justified it.“
“This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the area! It’s a family owned business with multiple locations, and I’ve gotten to know most of the family over the past year. They really are fantastic people!The food is incredible, savory, extremely fresh, and the portion sizes are wonderful. “My first visit. The food was good for Americanized Mexican food. Burritos are quite large and well stuffed including lettuce. Dinner includes Rice and Refried Beans. Seasoning was mild. Taste was pleasant but not what I expected. To this Gringo I was expecting much more flavor.Cost is somewhat high compared to other places. Soft drinks are $3.75 & $4.25.Will I return here. Maybe. Like I said food was not bad at all, just not what would satisfy a craving for "Authentic" Mexican Cuisine.“
“Ordered out tonight from Salsa Verde. Easy to order, food was ready just as I arrived. Always easy to order from this gem of a local favorite. Now the dinner. Ordered the enchilada platter#3, both cheese. Perfectly seasoned and prepared as always, the beans and rice fresh and delicious. We've never had a disappointing experience eating in or ordering out with this fav. Reasonably priced, nice portions, very warm employees. Get over and try Salsa Verde!“
“We discovered our new favorite Mexican restaurant, Burrito Los Azaderos Mariscos on Main Street in Saint Charles, Illinois. This place is amazing. Walking inside it felt like an authentic Mexican restaurant, the music and the shows on the TV monitors were all in Spanish. The floor and the furniture was a bit worn, but immaculately clean. The service was great, attentive and friendly. There were six of us dining together, and we ordered 3 Chili Rellenos Dinners, a Steak Taco Dinner, a Chimichanga Dinner and a Quesadilla Dinner. The portions were huge, served hot, and were absolutely delicious. We also noticed the table next to us ordered some fish dinners that also looked incredible. We also appreciated the full disclosure of the up charge if using a credit card. This was clearly identified on our bill. We were offered two prices, one if using a credit card and a second price if paying with cash. We have eaten out every week for the past 11months and this is the first time we have seen a receipt with the two options. This was appreciated.We will most definitely be returning to Burrito Los Azaderos Mariscos for more delicious Mexican meals.“
“This place is beautiful and the guacamole was soooo good. My friend and I talked about it days after visiting lol. And the drinks and service were great as well! I’ve only been once so I’m only giving it a 4 star for now because I don’t know how consistent they are yet. But so far I would highly recommend visiting.“
“I've been driving past this place for years. Tiny little place alongside a small liquor/grocery store. We finally stopped in and the food is amazing. Taco Salad, Tacos. Torta Millansa. Only down side was $3 a piece for rice or beans. That is a bit too much for sides. Otherwise, I will be a repeat customer.“
