“This little cafe serves mostly dishes from Croatia and Slovenia, but has other choices as well. We had a traditional sampler of Croatian sausages, along with cheese, salad, bread and relish. All was delicious! We also had a slice of delicious apple strudel and took home a few slices of Potica, a Slovenian nut roll, ro enjoy for breakfast. The atmosphere was very Eastern European and very "homey." The service was excellent, as we were able to chat with our server as well as the owner, Toni. A lively afternoon!”

“I went here twice and the food was phenomenal both times. I got the blueberry pancakes and they were some of the best pancakes I have ever had. I went here with a group the second time and they all loved it! It’s very cute inside and the waiters are super friendly.Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian myself and I was very pleased with the variety of vegetarian dishes.”

“More On Main is quite literally my favorite coffee shop in town! Not only is the staff and atmosphere amazing, but so is the food and coffee! They let my nearly 17 month old run around, be loud, and they never bat an eye. They enjoy seeing her as she does with them. I'm so grateful to have such a good place to get a pick-me-up.We enjoy our More On Main days! ?Dietary restrictions: My daughter and I can't have dairy, and the staff always remembers it.Kid-friendliness: They all smile and talk to my daughter each time we are there. It's such a sweet reminder of what's good in our town. ”

“Thursday evening chicken and spaghetti special is very good. The chicken is crisp and juicy and the spaghetti is very flavorful. Saturday evening special is Prime Rib and it is very good and very affordable in King and Queen cuts. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. This is very budget friendly, family dining.”

“The food was delicious and the service was friendly and fun. The adult chicken strips were huge, fried perfectly and drained well. The wife had chicken and waffles and said it was delicious as well. My son had chicken fries which were boneless wings seasoned with your choice of sauce over a large portion of their crispy crinkle fries. Our daughter in law had a wrap and said it is her go to from there. The atmosphere was simple Cafe style tables. A lot of carry out as the dining area is limited. This was my first time at The 318, but won't be my last.”

“I used to eat here 24 years ago wow I feel old . I worked at the Hilton reservation center across the way. They had the BEST crispy chicken salad I still think about it from time to time no lie !! Crazy the menue seems to be the same and the prices ! Everything is so cheap . I want to drive to Streator just to eat here . I remember the chicken strips being so good !”

“Excellent cut to order meat. I only visited the grocery side so I gave it three stars for atmosphere because it is after all a grocery store. It's small but well stocked. And the meat is absolutely fantastic! This will probably be my go-to place whenever I buy meat products.”

“The most perfect little "greasy spoon" diner. They served up loads of yummy gravy slathered all over my tender chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes topped with some corn. If you are looking for gourmet, don't bother, but if you just want a quiet little unassuming comfort food experience with pleasant waitresses , this is the spot!”

“Friends really liked the chicken taco salad. One had grilled, one had crispy.Salad bar was small but had a nice variety. We are those odd people that don't want a half pound burger. Nice variety of other sandwiches. I appreciate that they come with a side choice so I can get something besides fries.”
