District manager Charles, is completely unprofessional and gives the run around to civilians he claims he hires. Paychecks are not given to newer "employees" and completely nauseating environment preparing the food. Co-worker attitudes are the only halfway decent thing and even the night manager lies to cover up for Charles. Hard to believe this once thriving restaurant let such a lunatic run Ottawa and streator stores. The better business bureau definitely needs to do research...read full review
Hey guys I know the world sucks right now but please please try to make a small effort to show I’m positivity in the workplace. Everyone seemed down and it was really depressing. The signs were falling down and the soda machine inside was broken. The bathroom sink area was covered in red, brown and black stains. No one was available to take orders where the proper order station was, I had to place my order at the pickup station with no menu. Improve your restaurant just a LITTLE...read full review

New building, greeted by a worker asking to take our order from across the room. Ordered diet Coke it was severely watered down and tasted like it was sitting for awhile with absolutely no carbonation. Food was mediocre at best. Wife's order was incorrect. This place is new and needs a lot of help.
