Walked in and wanted to use the restroom first. I tried the door handle it was locked. I turned around and found a guy at the counter and went to ask him to buzz me in. He looked absolutely petrified and ready for confrontation. He says really slow and deliberate "pick-up or online order." No greeting, no smile. Ya know i will say pizza hut has good food. There' s only 1 reason they dont get 5 stars from me. PRICE. I actually really like the food but $38 for a med pizza and 8 wings is a bit too much. We usually go about twice a year. If they could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more.
How disappointing is this place? Let me count the ways.Obviously, we will skip over the fact it's Pizza Hut. You gonna visit the Hut, you know what you're in for food-wise. No, this is about the location.I live 1.5 blocks from this place. Down a one-way street right off the store - you can't get here without passing by the store.
