“Classic roadside stand in Thomson for ice cream and fast food. It was on a drive along the Mississippi River that we came across it, which is one of the few places to eat in town. Bear's Drive-Inn caught our attention with the big bear on the side of the building. Pretty basic drinks and food as expected. The prices are pretty good for the area it seems. About the only people who come here are the locals and those who happen across it whole coming through going to somewhere else. It was warm and we thought to stop here. This is like the local version of Dairy Queen it seems. Got some cold treats including the Frazil. It's about $1.50 for the small one. This is basically a slushie. As for the hot food, it's basic. It's about $3 for a pretzel. This may be the healthiest food really. Other items are burgers and hot dogs. These looked pretty greasy from what we could see. Of course don't expect healthy. This is one of the few places to eat for miles. Has okay stuff but it's a classic. It's pretty easy to spot with the big bear on it. They're cash only, which is another bad thing.”

“Today's experience wasn't as good as in the past. Oily tasting as though they don't clean the griddle between dishes. Three of us ate there and we all agreed our food had a yucky aftertaste. Not good.”

“My favorite place in Clinton!! Everything is so delicious and filling, but so lite at the same time. Service is fantastic and orders are always made perfectly. The only downside is that I live in Wisconsin so I can't visit more often.”

“For 7.49 this is just about the best drink you can get, minor adjustment i would make to make it a 5 star is to make the drink a-lot more potent i got a peach drink with mango boba the boba was good in its own way but the drink was moderate the sprite definitely overtook the drink and just me personally id like to see the peach be more potent but i will go back and try more flavors to give a better review!”

“Holly's Dogs is the best, hands down!!I have been eating her Chicago dogs ever since she started up on the dyke in Clinton. I have walked and eaten there all summer long. We would also go to Paul's discount store and eat there during the winter days. My grandson is now 13 and when he was just a baby I would push him in the stroller when I ran or walked everyday. My granddaughter, now 10 has also been a fan since she was able to eat them.Holly and all of her employees are always very pleasant and friendly.I'm from Chicago and her Chicago dogs are as good as or better than the ones I had growing up in Chicago.She has now expanded and makes so many more fantastic foods. You need to give her food a try. You will not be disappointed!!”

“I highly recommend Pizza Ranch. The manager, Shilah, was so accommodating. We arrived there and we ordered pizza by the slice. This is not how people are typically served. This is a buffet, yet the manager sold us pizza by the slice and even gave us discount on the slices of pizza. When the pizza I wanted had run out she even offered to make more even though I was the only one asking for it. The customer service she gave us was exceptional. I highly recommend Pizza Ranch particularly because it has such good customer service.”

“4 drinks was 30 dollars, BUT, the drinks were good , mine was eh, it was a hot carmelicious I'm sure if I would have gotten it iced and blended it'd be a lot better but everyone else was satisfied so, that being said I'd recommend if it's in your budget. The fries are amazing, as well as the pickles. They did a beautiful job with decorating them, and they are absolutely delicious! “Tried the bbq burger and garlic parmesean fries. Husband had sloppy Joe fries and liked them although they taste more like tacos fries but either way they were tasty. All was very good and the bartenders were super nice as well. I can't wait to try the tacos!”

Love the Christian music playing throughout and the atmosphere inside is great for sitting down with a friend or just enjoying coffee by yourself. Have really enjoyed finding this place!”

“We did not eat here but wanted to visit the free 3 story museum and buy shirts. For the Savanah area they have some of the best adult t shirts and tank tops! They are not open during the week and only the weekends so we hit them on Friday on our way out of town for home. THEY did not disappoint..... shirts and tanks were awesome quality and the biker museum was very cool! Must visit”
